BSI Economics hearing at the National Assembly

As part of the Assessment and Control Mission of the Finance Committee of the National Assembly, three economists from BSI Economics were heard on Thursday, June 28, 2018, on the topic of private investment in the ecological transition. BSI Economics made several proposals to guide private investment in the ecological transition.

BSI Economics’ proposals focused on several areas:


  • The European proposal for a green asset taxonomy: comparative study, key characteristics, and implementation options
  • An overview of household investment in the ecological transition
  • The contribution of institutional investors (life and non-life insurance) to financing the energy transition
  • The use of securitization to stimulate financing for the ecological and energy transition
