VICTOR LEQUILLERIER
President, BSI Economics (Paris)
A graduate of the Paris School of Economics and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne in money-banking-finance, Victor Lequillerier is in charge of economic studies in a financial institution, after several experiences at Crédit Agricole and Coface. He also taught economics at the University of Poitiers for four years. Victor Lequillerier is President and co-founder of BSI Economics.
ARTHUR JURUS
Vice-President BSI Economics, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), ODDO BHF Switzerland (Geneva, Zurich)
Arthur Jurus is the Chief Investment Officer of ODDO BHF Switzerland and Co-Head of Global Asset Allocation for the Group. A graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the Toulouse School of Economics, he has also completed executive education at IMD Lausanne and ENSAE. With more than fifteen years of experience in asset management and investment strategy, he previously held economist positions at Edmond de Rothschild, Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, Mirabaud, and Caisse des Dépôts before joining ODDO BHF. He is President of the Swiss Forum for Economic Dialogue, where he leads the think tank’s activities in Switzerland. A regular commentator in international media, he is also the author of the macro-finance book Made in Switzerland (2026).
ANTHONY MORLET-LAVIDALIE
Secretary General BSI Economics, Economist at Rexecode (Paris)
Anthony Morlet-Lavidalie holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. After a spell at Bpifrance, he joined the Direction Générale du Trésor, then BNP Paribas’ economic research department, before becoming an economist at Rexecode. His main areas of interest are macroeconomic issues (monetary and fiscal policy, labor markets).
MATHIEU OBERTELLI
BSI Economics project manager and economist at La Banque Postale (Paris)
A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, Mathieu Obertelli is in charge of economic research at La Banque Postale. His professional experience, between local authorities and the banking world, reflects his interest in the socio-economic and financial issues inherent in local authorities.
