Adrien Tenne

Adrien is currently a manager in Kearney's Paris office. Previously, he held positions at the Direction Générale du Trésor and the Agence des Participations de l'Etat. He also worked as an asset manager (in particular for bond portfolios) in the reserve management department of the Banque de France. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ensae and the London School of Economics, his research focuses on finance, market mechanisms, financial institutions and macroeconomics.

Alain Carbonne

A graduate of the Theoretical and Empirical Economics Master's program at the Paris School of Economics, Alain Carbonne worked in the financial sector, in the economic research department of Natixis and then in the strategy and public affairs department of the Axa Group, before joining the DG Trésor in 2015. In 2020, he joined the French delegation to the World Trade Organization (WTO) as Trade Advisor. He also holds a Master's degree in law, obtained while preparing for the Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA) competitive entrance exam, and a CAIA (Certified Alternative Investment Analyst) diploma. He has published on country risk issues (public finances, balance of payments), but has also worked on growth and inflation, and is interested in sustainable development and the labor market.

With a degree in economics from the Toulouse School of Economics and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Alicia Bassière is a doctoral student specializing in the electricity market and its role in the energy transition. She is also interested in the energy transition more generally, in particular questions of energy dependency, the relationship between transport and building heating. She is a board member of the Association Française des Economistes de l'Energie and of the Shifters association.

A graduate of HEC and with a master's degree in international economics from Paris Dauphine, Amélie Roux has been chief economist at Saint Gobain since 2018 after 8 years' experience as a senior analyst in the sovereign rating teams at Fitch Ratings. She had previously worked for several years at BNP Paribas. Amelie Roux is also a lecturer at HEC in the 'Managerial and Financial Economics' Master's program. Her areas of interest include country risk and sovereign ratings, emerging countries and the construction sector.

Anneliese Krautkraemer holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics, and is currently working on a thesis at the University of Clermont Auvergne, funded by the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region, on the economic and environmental efficiency of payments for environmental services. Her research interests include environmental economics, environmental services and ecological-economic modeling.

Anthony Morlet-Lavidalie holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. After a spell at Bpifrance, he joined the Direction Générale du Trésor, then BNP Paribas' economic research department, before becoming an economist at Rexecode. His main areas of interest are macroeconomic issues (monetary and fiscal policy, labor markets).

A graduate of Paris II Panthéon Assas and Sciences Po Grenoble, Arno Fontaine works as a consultant in public and citizen transformation at Agence Française de Développement in Paris. After having been in charge of appraising and monitoring projects linked to economic and financial governance in Jakarta, he now provides cross-functional support and works on how to integrate behavioral economics into the AFD Group's various projects. Arno was an economist for Natixis in France and is a professor of economics at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion. His areas of interest include development policy, behavioral economics and monetary policy.

He has also taught at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. A regular contributor to the French and English-language media, Arthur Jurus is Vice-Chairman of the Geneva Strategists Association (ISAG) and Chairman of BSI Economics.

Caroline Perrin is a Postdoctoral Researcher involved in the RE-WIRING project, funded by the European Commission, which explores women's representation in the political, corporate and judicial sectors across Europe and Africa. She is also a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics. Her work focuses on gendered policies and their effects on women's access to economic opportunities. She is a member of the Women, Business and the Law team at the World Bank, where she analyzes the impact of gendered laws on women's economic outcomes. She is also a Junior Fellow at the Atlantic Council think tank.

Charlotte Gardes

Charlotte has been working at the International Monetary Fund's Money and Capital Markets Department since 2021 on climate finance and climate risk supervision issues, mainly in developing economies. She began her career at the Autorité des marchés financiers, then at the Direction générale du Trésor. She is currently completing a doctoral thesis in economics on climate risk, after studying financial economics and business law at Sciences Po Paris, Paris I and Paris II. She is a member of several research groups and mission committees on climate. She teaches climate finance at American universities and has taught environmental and development economics at Sciences Po Paris and the Sorbonne respectively. Her areas of interest include sustainable finance, infrastructure financing, banking and financial regulation and financial stability.

Hervé AMOURDA is an economist with PRO BTP FINANCE. He began his career at Société Générale (CIB) in London as a junior economist, before moving to India and becoming a eurozone economist specializing in inflation. He was then put in charge of the economic scenario at the Fonds de Réserve pour les Retraites (FRR). Hervé joined PRO BTP FINANCE in 2017. Hervé holds a Master's degree in Economics and International Finance from the University of Bordeaux and the University of California. He has been teaching Macroeconomics at the University of Paris Dauphine since 2018 (L2 and M2) and is a regular speaker at the University of Bordeaux.

Julien DHIMA holds a Master's degree in Money-Banking-Finance and a PhD in Economic Sciences from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is currently a consultant and researcher at Lamarck Group, in the fields of credit risk, prudential standards and ESG risks, after having worked as a prudential standards analyst at Bpifrance for over a year and a half and as a credit and counterparty risk consultant for 5 years. In parallel with his work, he actively pursues academic research in the field of banking risks and prudential regulations, and is particularly interested in environmental issues. Julien DHIMA also provides occasional training on banking prudential regulations (Basel III and ESG risks) for AFGES (a professional training organization in banking, finance and insurance).

In 2022, he founded his consulting and expertise company RSF Advisors, through which he offers comprehensive support to financial companies on this theme, tackling both generic issues (ESG reporting, regulation, strategy) and more technical issues (modeling, data science, R&D). Romain is co-author of the book "The Rise of Green Finance in Europe", co-creator of the MBA course "Introduction to Sustainable Finance" at IFG Executive Education and lecturer in Sustainable Finance for Montpellier Business School. He is an ambassador member of AFR (Acteurs de la Finance Responsable).

She is also certified by ENSAE's continuing education program in Data Science.

A graduate of the Paris School of Economics and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne in money-banking-finance, Victor Lequillerier is in charge of economic studies in a financial institution, after several experiences at Crédit Agricole and Coface. He has also taught economics at Master's level at the University of Poitiers for four years. Victor Lequillerier is Vice-President, General Secretary and co-founder of BSI Economics.

Trained in quantitative economics at Sciences Po Paris and the Paris School of Economics, Victor Warhem is an economist at the Centre de politique européenne. In the course of his career, which has taken him successively to the DG Treasury network, the banking sector, the start-up environment and think-tanks, he has developed expertise in budgetary, monetary and macroprudential policies, as well as in innovation in the financial sector.
