Executive team

Our Board of Directors and Executive Team are made up of experts in the fields of economics, finance and public affairs. These personalities work daily to develop the structure, editorial activities and expansion of the BSI Economics network of experts.

Arthur Jurus

ARTHUR JURUS

Président BSI Economics, Head of Investissement Office ODDO BHF Switzerland (Genève, Zurich)

A graduate of the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and the Toulouse School of Economics, and trained at the Centre d’études des politiques économiques (ENSAE), Arthur Jurus is Investment Director at ODDO BHF Switzerland, having previously been Chief Economist at Landolt & Cie, and an economist at Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, Caisse des Dépôts, Mirabaud Asset Management and the Edmond de Rothschild Group. He has also taught at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. A regular contributor to the French and English-language media, Arthur Jurus is Vice-Chairman of the Geneva Strategists Association (ISAG) and Chairman of BSI Economics.

VICTOR LEQUILLERIER​

VICTOR LEQUILLERIER

Vice-President & General Secretary, BSI Economics (Paris)

A graduate of the Paris School of Economics and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne in money-banking-finance, Victor Lequillerier is in charge of economic studies in a financial institution, after several experiences at Crédit Agricole and Coface. He also taught economics at the University of Poitiers for four years. Victor Lequillerier is Vice-President, General Secretary and co-founder of BSI Economics.

Sylvain Bersinger

SYLVAIN BERSINGER

BSI Economics Project Manager, Economist at Asterès (Paris)

A graduate of Lyon 2 and Paris Dauphine Universities, Sylvain Bersinger is an economist at Asterès, having previously worked in country risk at BNP Paribas and La finance pour tous. His analyses focus mainly on Latin American and African countries. He is interested in popularizing the discipline, and has written several books for the general public, hosts a YouTube channel and coordinates BSI Economics publications.

Mathieu Obertelli

MATHIEU OBERTELLI

BSI Economics project manager and economist at La Banque Postale (Paris)

A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, Mathieu Obertelli is in charge of economic research at La Banque Postale. His professional experience, between local authorities and the banking world, reflects his interest in the socio-economic and financial issues inherent in local authorities.

Andreea-Alexandra Draghici

ANDREEA-ALEXANDRA DRAGHICI

BSI Economics project manager and economist at Coface (Mainz)

Andreea Draghici holds a degree in International Economics and Finance from the Université d’Orléans, with a specialization in Banking, Finance and Insurance. She is currently a junior economist at Coface Germany in Mainz. She previously worked in the economic research department at Coface Paris and has completed several research internships at the Laboratoire d’Economie d’Orléans (LEO). Her interests include the labor market, migration, the real estate market and European integration.
